The first thing that fascinated me about Paris, and created my obsession with living here, was the Paris Metro. I love trains and public transportation systems. So, I'm at work. I've been making Euro Euro Notes rather than Dollah Dollah Billz. One of the kids is sleeping and the other is changing to go to some birthday party. They're pretty fantastic kids, aside from the fact that the 8 year old girl can cop a 'tude like no other. She's alright though, reminds me of me sometimes when I was her age. ( Read more... )

I got reminded of it tonight. Sometimes, I'll walk by something that will remind me of the fact that I live in Paris. Like the Eiffel Tower sparkling every hour after nightfall.

I haven't been here for long and probably not much longer, but, I did it!!!

The passed weekend was spent shooting. I got a part in a student film shot here in English, taking place in Ohio of all places. When I read for the part that I got, I wanted it so bad. I thought it was just Carolyn and her vomitatious love of all things pink and baby blue. Our toilet paper is baby blue and the next package beside the toilet is full of pink scented toilet paper. It's rumoured that Chopin, though buried in Pere Lachaise, made sure that when he died, his heart would be sent to Poland to be buried there. I don't know how true that is, but there is something really sweet about that idea. I've wanted to be buried in Pere Lachaise for about three years now, but it's kind of tough when you aren't French.
